Wednesday, March 17, 2010 » St. Patrick's Day: Join us to celebrate St. Patty's Day at McCoole's AT THE HISTORIC RED LION INN, in Quakertown, PA. We are scheduled to play from 5:00 - 9:30 with breaks now and then. We are doing things a bit differently this year. DayBreak will split into two groups - Cliff and Rob will be playing in the Red Lion Inn with guest musicians Norm Williams and L.A. Williams (they share a common last name, but they are not related); Anna Lisa and Seth will be playing in the theater next door where a buffet will be served. They will be joined by Phil Ruth and his daughter Maddie. You should call ahead for reservations if you plan to come, but there may be some tickets for the buffet available at the door.

Saturday, March 20, 2010 - 6:30PM» HAITI BENEFIT CONCERT: DayBreak will be joining with other musicians for a benefit concert in support of Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) aid to earthquake ravaged Haiti. Besides DayBreak, the concert will include Southern Gospel singing with the Harmenaires Quartet, and an up and coming local Bluegrass group. The concert takes place at Souderton Mennonite Church, W. Chestnut St. &Wile Ave., Souderton, PA. A love offering will be received for Haiti relief. Download the poster here.

Friday, April 9, 2010 - 8:00PM» Kutztown Folk Music Society: Join DayBreak for an evening of folk music in Kutztown. This evening, along with our typical musical offerings, we will be featuring our own Seth Yoder in a ragtime solo piano set.

Saturday, April 17, 2010 - 7:30PM» Perkasie Patchwork Coffeehouse: Seth Yoder will be opening the evening at Patchwork with solo ragtime piano. You won't want to miss Seth's masterful keyboard skills, and then you'll be treated to the beautiful and playful Renaissance sounds of Cambiata.

Sunday, May 9, 2010 - 9:00AM to 1:00PM» Saucon Valley Farmers' Market: Cliff Cole of DayBreak plans to play music for the opening day of the 5th season of the Saucon Valley Farmers' Market. The market is open from 9 AM to 1 PM at the Water Street Park on Water St. in Hellertown , PA.

Sunday, May 16, 2010 - 3:00PM» Old Greenwich Presbyterian Church: On Sunday May 16th at 3:00 DayBreak will be playing a concert at Old Greenwich Presbyterian Church in Stewartsville , NJ .  The church is about ten minutes east of Phillipsburg NJ , just off route 173. Visit their website here


Saturday, June 26, 2010 - 7:30PM» First United Church of Christ, Quakertown: Cliff Cole of DayBreak and Norm Williams of Wayfarers & Company will open an evening of music featuring Atwater-Donnelly.
The husband/wife duo, Aubrey Atwater and Elwood Donnelly (www.atwater-donnelly.com/) is well known for their engaging presentation of traditional American, Celtic, Gospel and dance tunes featuring guitar, mountain dulcimer, mandolin, banjo, and other surprises including clogging. The duo will provide workshops for hammered dulcimer and mountain dulcimer players earlier in the day from 2 to 4PM and there will be a jam from 4 to 5PM. The Atwater-Donnelly mountain dulcimer workshop will focus on the music of Jean Ritchie and is for beginning and intermediate players. The details of the HD workshop are still being hashed out, but it, too, will be geared for beginning and intermediate players.

Concert tickets: $9 for adults, $7 for seniors, $5 for students. Children under 12 are free. 
Workshop fee: $15  Combination workshop/concert ticket: adults $20, students $15.

Saturday, July 10, 2010» Music in the Valley: DayBreak will be performing at Quiet Valley's annual "Music in the Valley!" 
If you are so inclined please come out and support the farm, a Living Historical Farm: "...a non-profit, educational corporation dedicated to the preservation and presentation of Pennsylvania's agricultural heritage. A living museum - like stepping back in time!"  There will be many musical performances/demonstrations on Saturday (including the Wayfarers & Company, the Druckenmillers, DayBreak, Mixed Nuts, the Young Geezers) with hands on learning for the mountain dulcimer, story telling, jamming... and if that's not enough an Old Time Square Dance called by Keith Brintzenhoff with a live square dance band.  For information about the farm and its programs and directions go to: http://www.quietvalley.org/


CranberryFriday, July 23 through Sunday, July 25, 2010 » Cranberry Dulcimer & Autoharp Gathering.
Cliff will be leading a hammered dulcimer workshop again this year at the Cranberry Dulcimer& Autorharp Gathering. This year the festival will be meeting at the Rensselaerville Meeting Center on Pond Hill Road in Rensselaerville, NY, near the intersection of CR 85 and CR 353 .
